PyMagick is currently under heavy developement. It enables programs written
Python to use the ImageMagick image processing library. Currently pymagick
features
- a redesigned object-oriented API taking advantages of the power
of both, ImageMagick and Python.
- an API compatible to the existing PIL (Python Imaging Library),
therefor enabling current application to easily switch to PyMagick (the
PIL interface is currently broken, sorry).
The most recent version was released on 06/29/2002. Download
it here.
We also continued developement of the toolkit known as GdkMagick,
but it has been renamed to GtkMagick because we added a GTK+ 2.0 widget
(similar to GtkImage) that displays ImageMagick objects.
